Previously, John was a Managing Director at Energy Foundry, a venture firm and innovation hub for IoT and software and Illinois Ventures, where he served in senior management roles in several start-ups and was the founding investor in Eden Park. He also founded and runs T2G Ventures which invests in advanced manufacturing, IoT, digital health and data analytics companies where he works closely in partnership with company CEO’s and founders typically in a senior business development operating role. Stover has a BS degree in Economics from Purdue University and a MBA from Ball State University.Īs Eden Park’s VP of Business Development, John leads the company’s customer engagement, partnerships and product marketing. Achieved long term agreements with key customers. Lead purchase and renovation of new assembly plant in Reynosa Mexico. Achieved sustained profitability through cost reduction and profitable growth. Including: P&L, business growth, complex new product development and launches, customer relationships, operations management at multiple facilities. Michael, who is a licensed CPA, is also currently a Business Management Professor at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where he has taught Managerial and Financial Accounting since 2003.ĭave Stover has over 30 years of diversified experience in Sales, Purchasing, Production Control and Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management and General Management. He received his BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa and the Masters of Management degree from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. During 15 years at GATX, Michael served in numerous financial and operational capacities, concluding his tenure there as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Michael’s previous experiences included auditing and internal audit at Arthur Andersen, Baker & McKenzie, and GATX. Michael previously had joined Oryx Capital in 2006, where he served as the company’s CFO with additional responsibilities that included liaison with portfolio company financial reporting and internal reporting to investors. He has also provided part-time CFO services to other early-stage companies. (“IE”), a venture capital fund investing in early-stage companies in the Midwest. He is also the Administrative Partner of Independence Equity I, L.P. M ichael McCullough currently serves as a part-time Chief Financial Officer for Eden Park Illumination Inc., Digital Acoustics LLC, 10x Technology LLC, and Kribi Coffee Company.
